Design Tool: Renderings

Renderings give clients a visual representation of how their room will look. They are a part of the design process often overlooked by many design professionals. However, they are a great way to take some of the anxiety off of the client as it gives them an artistic interpretation of what their space will actually look like. It reduces the gap over which clients must take a leap of faith. Here are two of my own rendering examples from an office space project:

- Office View 1

Office View 2

The renderings really help the client visualize your designs, colors and textures! It keeps the “guess work” out of the project. I love the projects you have helped me with.

I,ve always enjoyed the way your creativeness makes me look at the big picture for a project ,instead of thinking inside of the box.
